A New Paradigm for the Post-human Generation

Cyborg Learning Theory (CLT) explains how future generations perceive and experience their universe. CLT contextualizes a human identity that is merging with technology intrinsically; the electro-chemical human merging with the electro-mechanical innovation (think of biomedical, nano-technological developments, etc.).

Implications for teachers in the classroom, whether face-to-face (f2f) or online, are far-reaching. Educators must lead the next generation by self-sacrificing example, into a future unknown, without boundaries, limitless, timeless, even space-less.

Are we a Knowledge Society or merely a Knowledge Economy?

Expounding our present age as being characterized by "Knowledge" (versus Industry), is a common buzzword brandished by pundits, the soundbites of whom we hate to love.

Institutions can and should compare often, their priority lists against the trends and driving forces underlying them. The new model of institution is dynamic, collaborative, and in constant flux. It's comprised of loosely connected crowds constantly sourcing and upgrading goals based on emerging tides of data.
