Do you agree and/or see any changes just after the first quarter of 2010?

Institutions can and should compare often, their priority lists against the trends and driving forces underlying them. The new model of institution is dynamic, collaborative, and in constant flux. It's comprised of loosely connected crowds constantly sourcing and upgrading goals based on emerging tides of data.

Old, rigid, top-down models are unable to adapt to the rapid changes ahead of us and will face certain extinction unless they adopt the new paradigm afforded by emerging tech innovations. Time is the commodity we lack most in overcoming the barriers. Gathering sufficient time resources will depend less on money and more on social capital within our community connections.
