The course is based fundamentally on:
- a social constructivist approach, in putting problems, creating discussion groups, contextualizing the learner’s cultural experiences and knowledge sharing,
- a basic connectivism, centring the knowledge products of the learners.
It was structured in two work areas:
a) synchronous mode
Instant messenger area (textual, video and audio chat) with an interactive whiteboard
b) asynchronous mode
Syllabus area, repository area (information and study materials), downloads area (video clip, documents in several format), blog area (single issue), discussion e meta-discussion area .
During the synchronous connection the members interacted with each other and the conductors with vivacity.
Participants were actively involved in the realization of communication processes through the solicitation of questions.
A flexible, star structure or network was generated, characterized by a fast internal movement of communications.
A large space was dedicated to the problematization, very interesting for proposed sources and international perspectives.
In my opinion, the navigation interface should be improved, and the attending people should be urged to focus on the subject of discussion in the synchronous mode.
Some learners showed a disorientation, in my opinion caused by an absence of a “learning order” to which they are used: the consciousness of their own “learning path” and “learning progress” was missed
